Here's What We Require:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven closing success, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
Two or more years of recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical, medical spa, or hotel/hospitality environment is an asset.
The ability to provide total client solutions, not just one service, to achieve 100% satisfaction.
Energetic, with a proven track record of success and full knowledge of the sales process, from lead nurturing to closing.
Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team; must be a multitasker and highly organized.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Perform client consultations, generate sales, and meet targets.
Devote your full attention, skill, and effort to the business in compliance with company direction.
Answer and screen phone calls, schedule and manage appointments for the clinical team.
Provide a professional and friendly experience for all clients on the phone, online, and in the clinic.
Check clients in and out and handle billing.
Maintain knowledge of all medical spa services and retail products.
Prepare daily financial and End of Day closing reports.
Effectively manage inventory and follow clinic opening/closing procedures.
