Responsibilities / 工作內容
Assist customers in booking international travel packages (Europe, South America, Asia, etc.)
Respond to inquiries in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Provide destination guidance, visa information, and itinerary planning
Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver excellent service
Option to train as a Tour Guide and lead international tours
Support internal booking and admin systems
協助客戶預訂國際旅遊套票（歐洲、南美洲、亞洲等）
用中英三語（電話、微信、電郵）回答顧客問題
提供目的地資訊、簽證建議與行程安排
建立並維持長期客戶關係，提供優質服務
可選擇接受培訓成為國際導遊
支援內部訂單與行政系統
Qualifications / 任職資格
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sales, hospitality, or travel agency experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management
Self-motivated with a passion for travel and helping others explore
能流利使用廣東話、普通話及英語
具備優秀的溝通與客服能力
有銷售、旅遊或服務業經驗優先
注重細節，時間管理良好
對旅遊有熱情，樂於協助他人探索世界
