Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as a key client liaison, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely, effective resolution of service requests and ongoing support needs.
Coordinate and optimize technician schedules, balancing efficiency with client satisfaction to maintain high service standards.
Take full ownership of client concerns, applying strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or service-based environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer inquiries or scheduling challenges.
