Customer Development Representative (CDR)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries, identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospect and develop new business opportunities through all channels, leveraging CRM
Introduce new products and services to educate customers on features and application
Nurture customer relationships and follow-up with opportunities as a trusted advisor
Ensure accuracy in both quotes and order processing to deliver a reliable and positive customer experience
Resolve escalations by actively listening, understanding customer’s needs, and delivering prompt, effective solutions
Update and maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and report progress
Education and Experience:
2+ years of sales and customer service experience
Post-secondary education required; a background in kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field is considered an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills, French is an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Self-driven and passionate about personal learning, training and ongoing development
