What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding material and order status

  • Coordinate issue resolution across departments (sales, warehouse, finance, quality, etc.)

  • Support sales efforts and monitor progress toward team goals

  • Complete accurate order entry and assist with quotes

  • Help maintain reports related to issues, orders, and customer activity

  • Participate in a team that values fun, support, and accountability

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • A positive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to grow

  • Ability to work full-time, onsite in Concord, ON

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada – we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role

  • Preferred (Not Required)

  • College diploma or degree

  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, sales, or purchasing environments

  • Familiarity with quoting and ERP/order entry systems
