Job Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment.
Generate and update shipping labels and documentation.
Input data into the warehouse management system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements.
Verify the quality and quantity of items received against shipping documents.
Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
Collaborate with other warehouse staff, as well as other departments.
Communicate effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Report any safety concerns or violations.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with good communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A valid G driver license will be an asset.
