Sales Associate – Pathway to Account Executive

What You’ll Do:
1. Acquire New Customers
Put simply, your role is to work directly with the Director of Business Development to grow sales. This will include prospecting, client demos and contract negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
You will need to learn our product offering and customer base inside and out to succeed in this role.
2. Optimize Sales Processes
Help identify inefficiencies and create scalable, repeatable processes for sourcing, nurturing, closing, and maintaining customer relationships.
Implement and leverage automation/AI tools to streamline workflows and increase the efficiency and scalability of our sales and customer success practices
Work on the front lines to test, implement and refine these new sales processes and customer acquisition strategies
What We’re Looking For
1. Skills/ Attributes
Exceptional Professional Communication Skills: You will be selling to expert financial professionals at mid-high level of seniority. Being able to “speak their language” is crucial for success in the role.
Curiosity and Capacity to Learn: You likely won’t have experience with secondaries and the clients we serve – that’s okay. We need someone who is interested in, and capable of, learning what our clients care about, how they operate and how our platform can best serve their needs.
2. Background:
Experience in sales entrepreneurship is considered an asset.
Experience (professional or educational) in finance or banking.
Experience at a startup or a passion for scaling young companies is a strong asset.
Familiarity with secondary markets or alternative assets is a bonus but not required.
3. Mindset & Personality:

What We Offer
Compensation $60,000-75,000/year base salary with bonus potential.
