What You’ll Do
Foundation Administration & Team Support
Provide admin and scheduling support to the President & CEO and Director of Operations
Coordinate catering and coffee (yes, it matters!)
Support logistics and preparation for Board and Committee meetings
Track and submit team expense reports
Support invoice processing and vendor payments
Keep digital and physical files tidy and organized
Assist with donor reports, thank-you letters, and general gift processing tasks (experience with Raiser’s Edge = quiet high five)
Office Coordination & Front Desk Support
Greet guests and create a warm, professional first impression
Accept and process donations at the front desk
Answer phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support setup/cleanup
Keep the office stocked, tidy, and humming — from snacks to supplies
What You Bring
5+ years of administrative or front desk experience, ideally in a non-profit or fast-paced setting
A friendly, can-do attitude and superb organizational skills
Confidence managing multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented
Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with donor databases is a bonus
A commitment to being on-site Monday through Friday — you’re the glue that keeps the place together
