Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Accurately perform data entry and maintain digital records.
Organize, maintain, and retrieve files and documents as required.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
Coordinate and schedule trades with clients, ensuring timely communication and updates.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency before distribution.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus but not required.
