Duties & Responsibilities:
Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
Quoting RV Rentals
Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person
Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent
Completing Rental Agreements
Daily cash and credit card transactions- when needed
Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
Qualifications:
College or University education an asset
The employer will provide all training
German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Google Docs

Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

Previous sales experience considered an asset but not required
Work days:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Experience:
sales: 1 year (preferred)
customer service: 1 year (preferred)
