Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads (text, email, phone) with professionalism and urgency
Follow up with customers throughout the buying process
Assist in qualifying customers and suggesting vehicle options based on needs and budget
Help organize test drives and coordinate appointments
Support deal paperwork and help prepare customer deliveries
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Work closely with sales staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive is an asset
Knowledge of vehicles or car financing is a bonus, but not required
Valid driver’s license
