Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the teams

  • Assist in organizing campaigns, promotional events, and activities

  • Support HR functions, including recruitment, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees

  • Create invoices and maintain updated client databases

  • Support front desk duties and general office operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned to help achieve team objectives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, marketing, or related fields

  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
