Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the teams
Assist in organizing campaigns, promotional events, and activities
Support HR functions, including recruitment, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
Create invoices and maintain updated client databases
Support front desk duties and general office operations
Perform other duties as assigned to help achieve team objectives
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, marketing, or related fields
Strong time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Punctual, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
