KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests with warmth, charm, and professionalism
Manage reservations via booking platforms and accommodate walk-ins strategically
Oversee the flow of service and coordinate closely with FOH and Management
Maintain poise during high-volume service and unexpected seating changes
Provide accurate wait times and set realistic expectations with empathy and clarity
Handle coat check and guest inquiries with discretion and care
Be a brand ambassador for Oro’s culture of luxury, storytelling, and elevated service
YOU BRING:
Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining or premium hospitality host role
Outstanding communication and guest-relations skills
A natural presence and comfort in fast-paced, high-end environments
Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable or Resy
Ability to remain composed and accommodating under pressure
A well-groomed, professional appearance and polished demeanor
Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
