Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, employee, and business information in alignment with legal and ethical standards
- Generate and manage weekly and monthly invoices with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
- Perform timely and precise reconciliation of client accounts
- Oversee and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments
- Assist in the development and refinement of administrative and financial processes to enhance efficiency
- Apply a methodical and organized approach to managing client accounts, each with unique requirements
- Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous, and responsive manner
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Verify employee hours and ensure proper documentation is submitted for payroll and reporting purposes
- Complete ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned by leadership
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational and invoicing timelines
- Provide assistance to families navigating funding guidelines and deadlines

Education and Experience
- Minimum diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable and administrative support
- Proficient computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Word, QuickBooks Online, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal capabilities
- Clear and current Police Background Check (required)
