What will you do?
Provide timely professional advice to clients for renewal claims, billing, etc.
Process all policy changes/requests to ensure accurate and timely responses.
Underwrite all renewals thoroughly – responsible for retention.
Managing a client book of business.
Review client’s overall insurance needs and refer to other departments as appropriate.
Process month end reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
5+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
Eagerness to obtain your RIBO license before joining, with our full support.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
High level of computer skills, and knowledge.
