Responsibilities
- Greet
customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct
product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and
interest
- Engage
in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage
point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and
processing payments
- Maintain
organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is visually appealing
- Provide
excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
offering personalized recommendations
- Handle
cashier duties efficiently, including basic math calculations for
transactions
- Utilize
strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new
products, and store policies
- Demonstrate
effective time management by balancing multiple tasks during busy periods
- Maintain
professional phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online
inquiries
- Support
merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and organizing displays as
needed
Qualifications
- Previous
experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not
required; training will be provided
- Bilingual
abilities (English plus another language) are highly desirable to serve a
diverse customer base
- Knowledge
of technology products and experience with product demos or technical
sales is a plus
- Strong
communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product
information and build rapport with customers
- Excellent
organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and POS
operations
- Ability
to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated
time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Friendly
demeanor with professional phone etiquette and customer service
orientation
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals
