Reception / Admin Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to
appropriate sales staff or departments
- Assist the Sales Department with administrative and
clerical duties
- Process basic paperwork related to vehicle sales
(e.g., deal jackets, forms, data entry)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and
deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and front
office area
- Support sales staff with follow-ups, customer correspondence, and general office tasks
- Perform licensing, receipting, and other tasks
assigned to you
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by
management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary
education is an asset
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or dealership clerk preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficient with basic computer applications (G
Suite, email, dealership systems a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy
environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
- Compensation: $17.20-$20 per hour (based on experience)
