Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate sales staff or departments
  • Assist the Sales Department with administrative and clerical duties
  • Process basic paperwork related to vehicle sales (e.g., deal jackets, forms, data entry)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception and front office area
  • Support sales staff with follow-ups, customer correspondence, and general office tasks
  • Perform licensing, receipting, and other tasks assigned to you
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or dealership clerk preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (G Suite, email, dealership systems a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
  • Compensation: $17.20-$20 per hour (based on experience)
