Responsibilities
- Prepare
vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet Jaguar Land Rover's presentation
and quality standards.
- Conduct
personalized, comprehensive vehicle handovers, explaining features,
technology, safety systems, and vehicle operations clearly and
confidently.
- Set
up vehicle technology, infotainment systems, and client preferences before
delivery
- Ensure
all delivery documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate
delivery schedules with Sales, Service, and Finance teams
- Provide
post-delivery follow-up support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain
a clean, organized delivery area and uphold showroom standards
- Act
as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxury concierge experience at every
interaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional
communication and customer service skills
- Strong
attention to detail and organization
- Professional,
polished, and customer-centric demeanour
- Comfort
with technology and willingness to learn vehicle systems
- Valid
G Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract
- Previous
automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Previous
experience as a Lot Attendant is beneficial
- Experience working with Jaguar Land Rover is an asset
