for staging, shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies.
- Stocks
the supply house with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
- Deliver
parts to customer locations or job sites.
- Practices
safe material handling techniques, regularly using pallet jacks,
forklifts, dollies, material carts, and rolling ladders.
- Filing
of M/S’s, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for
inventory reconciliation and audit purposes.
- Receives,
inspects, and stocks products.
- Keep
warehouse area and parking lot area clean and orderly/neat.
- Flexibility
to work overtime/weekends, as required.
What you will bring:
- Valid
Driver's License
- Must
be able to qualify for the Company’s fleet insurance and maintain a
satisfactory driving record with good driving record with no to very
minimal traffic violations.
- Obey
traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
- Turn
in receipts and money received from deliveries.
- Read
maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
- Verify
the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
- Load
and unload Supply deliveries.
- Follow
safety procedures for vehicle operation.
- Read
maps to determine routes.
- Must
be able to receive information or instructions for performing work
assignments.
- Safely
drive and skillfully operate the Supply delivery truck to destinations.
- Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor.
