Responsibilities
- Prepare
and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard
recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide
excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and
addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware
and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor
inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the
bar is well-stocked.
- Adhere
to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate
with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service
during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong
hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous
experience in the full service restaurant is required.
- Excellent
time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak
hours.
- Knowledge
of bartending techniques and beverage preparation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity
with food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Strong
communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team
members.
