Responsibilities:
- Uploading
and importing invoices into our payables system
- Verifying
invoices are correct and cutting cheques for vendors
- Ensuring
paperwork is submitted correctly and accurately
- Assisting
with month end procedures
- Checking
scheduled accounts and making corrections as needed
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary
degree/diploma preferred
- Strong
desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive
attitude and self motivated
- Able
to adapt to new and changing responsibilities within the accounting
department
- Previous Dealership experience using PBS is beneficial but not required
