Duties
- Operate
POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Greet
customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries or
demos
- Handle
cash, credit card, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Maintain
merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and
ensuring product availability
- Provide
excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
- Support
inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and stock rotation
Experience
- Previous
retail sales or cashiering experience in a grocery store or pharmacy
setting preferred
- Strong
communication skills with phone etiquette expertise for effective customer
interactions
- Familiarity
with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles
- Ability
to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
