Responsibilities
- Develop
new business opportunities through proactive inside sales activities,
including cold calling and lead generation.
- Manage
existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying
upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize
CRM software such as HubSpot to track sales activities, manage territory
management, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate
contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while
maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate
with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business
development initiatives.
- Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to
provide expert advice during customer interactions.
Experience
- Proven
success in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a track record of
meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong
management skills with experience in territory management and account
management.
- Familiarity
with CRM software like HubSpot for lead tracking and customer relationship
management.
- Excellent
negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience
in technology sales or retail sales is a plus, along with analysis skills
for strategic decision-making.
