EverPro is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of core platform capabilities that power multiple SaaS products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, UX, data, and business, shaping the foundation that enables innovation across the entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for shared platform services and infrastructure

• Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of scalable platform capabilities used across multiple SaaS products

• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, and go-to-market teams

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical roadmaps

• Drive platform initiatives including APIs, integrations, identity, billing, data, security, and performance

• Use customer insights, analytics, and market research to inform product decisions

• Manage stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, product teams, and operational groups

• Ensure high reliability, scalability, and security of platform services

• Measure success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Product Management experience, with significant time owning platform or infrastructure products

• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer-focused products

• Proven ability to work with distributed engineering teams and complex technical systems

• Experience with APIs, microservices, data platforms, identity systems, and SaaS architecture

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)

Preferred Experience

• Experience building platforms that support multi-tenant SaaS products

• Background in service commerce, field service software, or vertical SaaS

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and security frameworks

• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and platform modernization efforts
