As a Client Advisor, you act as a trusted financial partner, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and introduce relevant products and services.

What will you do?

  • Provide outstanding front-line service and advice to clients in a branch or contact-centre environment.

  • Help clients with everyday banking needs, including accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, and digital banking tools.

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional financial solutions that align with client goals.

  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

  • Promote digital and self-service banking solutions to enhance the client experience.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets while maintaining high compliance standards.
