Duties
- Respond
promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or
chat
- Assist
customers with account information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Perform
data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to
enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize
analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate
solutions
- Maintain
excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive
interactions
- Collaborate
with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Follow
company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
Experience
- Previous
experience in customer service is required
- Experience
with LTL freight an asset.
- Strong
data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability
to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience
with phone etiquette and handling diverse customer interactions
- Multilingual candidates will be prioritized for this role
