Responsibilities
- Determining
customer needs and recommending products for purchase
- Act
as the liaison between customers & manufacturers to resolve all
warranty issues and returns
- Working
together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
- Assisting
with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
- Track
and follow-up with vendors to ensure the timely resolution of open claims
- Manage
the flow of goods for special orders, products on-hold, and store orders
- Assist
on the retail sales floor for promotional events as required
- Adhering
to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
- Working
POS systems to help serve customers
- Process
customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
- Other
tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager
Qualifications
- Demonstrated
ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated
with a strong work ethic
- Team
player with respect for co-workers and customers
- Excellent
verbal communication and effective listening skills
- Knowledge of the powersports industry is an asset
