Salary: Neg Per Hour
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure
the upkeep, maintenance, and safety of all areas of the work environment.
- Daily
equipment inspection and reporting any defects, damages, or malfunctions
to the supervisor.
- Load
and unload trucks as needed.
- Clean
and wash equipment.
- Possess
excellent product knowledge and can effectively transfer this knowledge to
customers. This includes explaining features and benefits, safe operating
techniques, and promoting related accessories/products.
- Ensure
every customer is treated in a fair and consistent manner, resolving
issues as they arise.
- Follow
all paperwork and computer procedures related to the servicing of the
equipment.
- Maintain
all inventory control documents to preserve the integrity of the Rental
Management computer system.
Requirements:
- High
School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid
G-Class Driver’s License with clean abstract.
- Must
be able to bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Basic
technical and troubleshooting skills are an asset.
- Interpersonal
and communication skills and effectively able to deal with customers in
person and on the phone.
- Able
to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
