Duties
- Greet
customers warmly and assist with their inquiries using excellent phone
etiquette and communication skills
- Operate
POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and
product purchases
- Conduct
product demos and upsell additional items to enhance customer satisfaction
and sales opportunities
- Manage
merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Assist
customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations
based on their needs
- Maintain
organized checkout areas and ensure accurate cash handling and record
keeping
- Support
inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as
needed
- Handle
customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for quick
resolution and positive outcomes
- Promote
store promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches to maximize
sales
Experience
- Prior
experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual
skills (e.g., bilingual in English and another language) are a plus to
serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity
with POS systems, basic math skills for cash handling, and merchandising
techniques are advantageous
- Strong
organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask in a
busy environment are essential
- Excellent
communication skills, including the ability to engage customers
professionally over the phone and in person
- Experience with technology sales or product demos can enhance your effectiveness in this role
