Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 IT support and guidance to employees
- Participate
in day-to-day IT operations
- Participate
in IT projects
- Manage
IT assets
- Manage
user accounts
- Manage
system access privileges
- Execute
IT and information security processes, policies, and procedures
- Maintain
information security compliance
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience
installing and configuring laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Windows and commonly used Microsoft 365 apps
- General
knowledge of commonly used enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows
Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Linux, networking, virtualization,
cloud computing) is an asset
- CompTIA
A+ certification or equivalent is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff; experience in customer service environment is an asset
