Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 IT support and guidance to employees
  • Participate in day-to-day IT operations
  • Participate in IT projects
  • Manage IT assets
  • Manage user accounts
  • Manage system access privileges
  • Execute IT and information security processes, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain information security compliance

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience installing and configuring laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and commonly used Microsoft 365 apps
  • General knowledge of commonly used enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Linux, networking, virtualization, cloud computing) is an asset
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff; experience in customer service environment is an asset
