Main Responsabilities:
- Active
participation in Plant Staff meetings
- Involvement
in and support of Plant Review meeting
- Lead
Financial/Spend reviews with plant staff
- Identify
and manage process improvement initiatives
- Identify
issues and proactively initiate analysis (labor, material usage,
spending…)
- Ad
hoc analysis and reporting for plant and operations management
- Cost
reduction monitoring, reporting, and results auditing (where applicable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare
and maintain product standard costing
- Oversee
and reconcile inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory
- Support
capital expenditure appropriation request development
- Coordinate
and support annual fixed asset desk review, tri-annual fixed asset audit
- Prepare and maintain product profitability analysis
