Responsibilities:
- Build
a work team by recruiting and training them
- Plan
and direct all store activities.
- Ensure
that sales meet budgets through good customer service and proactive
management of activities on the sales floor.
- Commit
to promoting a positive corporate image to attract and retain customers.
Requirements:
- 2
years experience in a similar management position.
- Have
a very good knowledge of the retail industry.
- Good
knowledge of marketing.
- Ability
to manage pressure.
- Good
organizational skills
- Ability
to motivate staff.
- Focus on Health and Safety.
