As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in nurturing, supporting, and growing Reddit’s diverse communities. You’ll work closely with moderators, internal teams, and users to ensure communities remain healthy, inclusive, and aligned with Reddit’s values.

What You’ll Do

• Support and engage with moderators across multiple subreddits

• Help foster positive, respectful, and authentic community interactions

• Act as a liaison between Reddit and its community leaders

• Identify trends, concerns, and opportunities within communities

• Develop programs, resources, and best practices for community growth

• Assist in conflict resolution and community guideline enforcement

• Collaborate with product, policy, and trust & safety teams

• Gather feedback to help improve Reddit’s tools and features

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing online communities or social platforms

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Deep understanding of online culture and community dynamics

• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and fairness

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Passion for internet culture, discussion, and user-driven platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience working with moderators or volunteer-led communities

• Familiarity with Reddit and subreddit moderation tools

• Background in digital media, communications, or social platforms
