Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications & Marketing Specialist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing communication strategies, managing marketing initiatives, and conducting research to support organizational goals. This role is suited for an individual with strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and a passion for both traditional and digital marketing.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Communications

  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs for effectiveness and alignment with goals.

  • Implement communication strategies across multiple platforms.

  • Prepare written materials including reports, briefs, newsletters, website content, and brochures.

  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials for internal and external use.

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with media outlets to support publicity and outreach efforts.

Marketing & Research

  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

  • Perform analytical marketing studies to identify patterns, opportunities, and performance gaps.

  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international markets to assess trends and development potential.

  • Develop a portfolio of high-quality marketing materials.

  • Evaluate customer service conditions and store environments to support brand and customer experience initiatives.

  • Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.

  • Develop feasibility studies to support decision-making and new initiatives.

  • Support online marketing, e-commerce activities, and website promotions.

  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that support brand awareness and business growth.

  • Maintain and manage digital databases related to marketing and communications activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Work Environment
