We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment and are looking for long-term, stable employment.
Responsibilities
-
Load, unload and transport construction materials
-
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
-
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
-
Assist in demolishing buildings and structures
-
Perform additional on-site construction tasks as required
Work Environment
-
Construction sites including high-rise locations and multiple project areas
-
Exposure to heights, noise, dust, hot and cold temperatures, and hazardous conditions
-
Various outdoor and physically demanding environments
Physical & Skill Requirements
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
-
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
-
Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
-
Physically able to stand, sit, crouch, climb and move continuously throughout the day

Ability to distinguish sounds and audible safety cues
Applicant Requirements

Must be legally able to work in Canada

Must live within a 30-mile radius of the job location to be considered

Reliable transportation to and from work sites

Willingness to work at various project locations as required

Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required
