Pattison Sign Group, a leader in custom signage and brand imaging, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vinyl Assembler to join our production team in Pickering. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in vinyl application or sign production who takes pride in precise, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities

Apply vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates with precision and consistency

Read and interpret work orders, drawings, measurements, and design specifications

Operate hand tools, cutting tools, squeegees, and application equipment (training provided for the Rollover machine)

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality control

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Assist with collaborative production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in vinyl application or sign production preferred

Strong attention to detail and steady hands for fine, precise work

Ability to read work orders, drawings, and measurements accurately

Comfortable using common shop tools and equipment; training provided where needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work while standing for extended periods

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
