Key Responsibilities
Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational objectives
Authorize and structure major departments, including recruitment and placement of senior staff
Establish corporate objectives; formulate and approve internal policies and operational programs
Lead or delegate representation during negotiations, partnerships, and official functions
Select and oversee middle-management and executive-level personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions and team performance
Oversee organizational events and engagement initiatives
Conduct performance evaluations for leadership-level team members
Participate in health care policy and planning initiatives where applicable
Leverage AI and NLP solutions to develop or enhance communication assistance technology across the organization’s product suite
Required Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or related field
5+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in FinTech or technology-driven sectors
Proven expertise in management, product development, and brand strategy
Technical Knowledge & Tools
Familiarity with or exposure to the following technologies and platforms is considered an asset:
Blockchain
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Internet of Things (IoT)
Jira
MS Access, MS Office, MS Windows, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
MAC operating systems
Skills & Competencies
