Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with a background in Kinesiology to join our growing team. This unique role bridges clinical understanding with strategic product development, helping to design, evaluate, and manage therapeutic tools, programs, and wellness products that support spinal rehabilitation and patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify patient needs and product opportunities.

Develop and manage innovative products and wellness programs related to spine health and rehabilitation.

Evaluate product performance and implement improvements based on feedback and research data.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure product quality and consistency.

Train staff and patients on proper product usage and ergonomic best practices.

Support marketing initiatives and educational campaigns promoting spine care and wellness.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a related field (required).

Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in health product management, physiotherapy, or sports science is an asset.
