Responsibilities
Provide marketing support to real estate agents, including scheduling social media posts and videos.
Create, edit and post using Canva, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
Assist in the creation of hard copy promotional material, videos to promote properties, and exciting social media to promote our brand and deliver value to our customers and clients
Create quarterly newsletters to go out using Mailchimp to existing clients Utilizing tools such as SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
Manage agent social media accounts and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives related to real estate listings.
Prepare marketing materials using Adobe or like for property promotions and open houses.
Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce principles and analytics tools.
Excellent knowledge of Canva, developing marketing brochures and social media distribution
Familiarity with HTML for website management and updates is a plus.
Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service practices within the real estate context.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
