  • Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across all divisions - Property Management, Construction, Leasing, and other services.

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics aligned with VPM`s goals.

  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align sales efforts with strategic priorities.

  • Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives and business development professionals.

  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in Visture’s values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills in consultative selling, relationship management, and solution-based sales.

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and repeat business.

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts and high-value contracts.

  • Represent VPG atindustry events, trade shows, and community forums.

  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead initiatives to expand market share and strengthen brand presence across Ontario and beyond.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to develop integrated campaigns, proposals, and client presentations.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to anticipate opportunities and risks.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across VPG’s service portfolio.

  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and commercial clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability and service standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing department to design sales campaigns, proposals, and promotional strategiesincluding residential leasing events

  • Work with Operations to align service delivery with client expectations.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysisto executive leadership.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (property management, construction, or related sectors preferred).

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals at both individual and team levels. Applicants must be able to present verifiable sales data, including conversion metrics, closing rates, and lost-lead analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets property management services, construction/renovations, and B2B/B2Cclient segments, and sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow high-performing sales team.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into results.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is an asset.

  • Experience in leading, coaching, and scaling sales teams.

  • Attend association meetings on behalf of the company, build and maintain strong relationships, and actively identify new associations that would benefit the business. *This may require after hours attendance.
