Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Greet and assist guests of all ages through the pottery painting process
Create a friendly, inclusive, and relaxed atmosphere
Handle payments, bookings, and customer questions
Run birthday parties and special events
Studio Operations:
Set up and clean up painting stations
Glaze pottery and load/unload kiln (training provided)
Maintain inventory and studio organization
Open and close the studio independently
Leadership & Growth:
Help create and maintain operational systems (cleaning, scheduling, supply tracking, etc.)
Learn back-end aspects of running the studio
Take on increasing leadership over time, with growth into a management role within the next year
