Responsibilities
Safely operate a City Wide Taxi vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and company regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers feel comfortable and respected.
Manage cash and card transactions accurately, providing change and maintaining fare records.
Communicate effectively with dispatch throughout your shift regarding passenger requests and trip updates.
Keep the taxi clean and in good condition at all times.
Record trip logs, including mileage, passenger count, and any incidents.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a taxi or commercial driver preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and manage overnight schedules responsibly.
Must be willing to purchase a taxi license.
Clean background with no criminal record.
Excellent time management and customer service skills.
