Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person.

  • Provide professional, friendly, and prompt assistance.

  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach at all times.

Order Management

  • Enter and manage customer orders, quotes, and inquiries.

  • Track progress and follow up to ensure timely production and delivery.

  • Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Problem Solving

  • Handle customer concerns and product issues with professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in orders, shipping, or product quality.

  • Find effective, timely resolutions in collaboration with the team.

Product Knowledge & Recommendations

  • Stay up to date on Ricart’s products and customization options.

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, timelines, and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with creative staff to prepare storyboards or product ideas for clients.

Technology & Systems

  • Use CRM, order tracking software, and internal databases.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Organization & Prioritization

  • Manage multiple inquiries and projects at once.

  • Stay organized in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines.

Metrics of Success

  • Orders are entered and processed accurately and on time.

  • Customers receive quick, professional responses to inquiries.

  • Projects move smoothly between sales, production, and logistics.

  • Customer issues are resolved effectively with minimal escalation.
