Responsibilities:
- Greet
and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Take
accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the
kitchen.
- Serve
food and drinks promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Maintain
cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist
in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Process
payments and manage cash or card transactions accurately.
- Work
collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Requirements:
- Previous
experience as a server or in a customer service role in a restaurant
setting is preferred.
- Fluent
in English (Turkish is an added advantage)
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A
customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability
to multitask and stay organized during peak hours.
Experience:
- 1-3 years (preferred)
