Responsibilities include but are not
limited to:
Order Fulfillment:
- Assisting
the Front of House (FOH) team with picking and packing online, wholesale
and pick-up orders
- Following
packaging guidelines to ensure items are protected in transit
- Creating
and printing shipping labels in Shipstation
- Preparing
and shipping monthly Matcha Club shipments
- Ensuring
FOH is restocked and organized at the end of each day
Other Responsibilities:
- General
office and warehouse tasks including re-stocking shelves, cleaning etc.
- Basic
inventory management
Qualifications:
- High
school or equivalent diploma
- Strong
ability to multitask and prioritize the various needs of the business
- Ability
to remain adaptable and flexible
- Strong attention to detail
