What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and guide them through our curated menu
Recommend cannabis products based on customer needs and experience
Stay current on strains, terpenes, and new drops
Fulfill and deliver orders in our branded delivery vehicle
Ensure timely, secure, and professional deliveries across the GTA
Keep our storefront clean, organized, and running smoothly
Operate POS systems and manage transactions accurately
Represent Montrose in a friendly, professional, and reliable way — in-store and on the road
You Are
Passionate about cannabis and its culture
Customer-focused, friendly, and a great communicator
Responsible and punctual — you don’t miss shifts or deadlines
Comfortable driving and navigating locally
Familiar with tech (POS, route apps, online menus, etc.)
Flexible with availability — evenings and weekends required
19+ and legally able to work with cannabis in Ontario
Requirements
G Driver’s License with a clean abstract
CannSell certification (or willingness to get it before starting)
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and managing delivery routes
Able to pass a criminal background check (industry requirement)
Nice to Have
Previous experience in cannabis retail or delivery
Knowledge of concentrates, flower, edibles, and terpene profiles
Familiarity with Pickering and surrounding areas
