Responsibilities
- Set
up and maintain a workstation.
- Provide
direction and organize workload for line cooks.
- Understand
priorities and multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Prepare,
season, and cook food as directed; follow recipes and presentation
standards. Quality and consistency are key.
- Perform
inventory checks.
- Maintain
cleanliness and sanitation at all times, including workstation and
scheduled kitchen deep cleans.
Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of hands-on cooking experience.
- Strong
egg station experience in a busy, fast-paced brunch service.
- Responsible,
punctual, reliable, well-organized, and clean.
- Takes pride in their craft.
