Responsibilities:
- Takes
multiple drink orders from multiple servers at one time;
- Provides
fast, efficient, and consistent product;
- Prepares
and serves beverages, wine and spirits according to established standards;
- Effectively
organizes, cleans and restocks bar area;
- Performs
opening and closing task checklists;
- Assist
in ensuring the cleanliness of all amenities and spaces;
- Be
proactive in developing ways to improve the guest experience;
- Be
eager & willing to lend a helping hand to guests and colleagues;
- Perform other related duties
Requirements:
- High
school diploma;
- Minimum
1-year high volume bartending experience;
- Diploma
in restaurant, hospitality, hotel or service industry, an asset ;
- Smart
serve required;
- Knowledge
of liquor, beer and wine characteristics and pairings;
- Experience
with a POS system, an asset;
- You
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Very good physical condition: standing on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg), ability to work long hours standing on your feet and constantly moving.
