Job Duties :
- Managing
day to day operations by answering customer phones and emails
- Receiving
shipments from our vendors
- Processing
and shipping customer orders
- Answering
customer phone calls
- Replying
customer emails
- Maintain
a clean and organized warehouse and work environment
- Uploading/updating
products on our web portal on daily basis
- Managing
& inputting data and inventory on the backend panel of the website
- Other
duties may be assigned as necessary
Basic Requirements :
- Must
have a good computer skills
- Must
be a hard working person and can work independently
- Must
speak fluent English
- Must
have excellent customer service skills in answering phone calls and
replying emails
- Must
be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must
be able to stand for long periods of time
- Warehouse or Pet Store working experience is certainly an assert
