Reporting Responsibilities
Education Required
- A
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related
field.
- Additional
certifications in marketing, social media, or related areas are a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email
marketing, and social media management.
- Expertise
in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong
content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Experience
with website management, content updates, and conversion rate optimization
(WordPress experience is a plus).
- Knowledge
of marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Ability
to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity
with digital advertising and paid media campaigns.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor
and analyze performance of digital campaigns and optimize for
effectiveness.
- Conduct
keyword research and SEO optimization for website content.
- Oversee
email marketing campaigns, including automation and audience segmentation.
- Track
website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
- Collaborate
with designers and content creators to enhance user experience.
- Manage
online advertising campaigns, including paid search and display ads.
- Regularly
update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and
engagement.
- Support
content planning and implementation to improve site performance and
generate inbound leads.
- Report
on digital marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay
updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
